When I hear about something new, I can’t help myself: I have to start looking into it. That’s what happened when I heard about “juicing.” At first I was confused because I had only ever heard that word with another connotation, and it didn’t sound like it was being used that way. Turns out that not only were they talking about something completely different, it was really fantastic and would change my life.
I want to share that same feeling with you. From a simple juicer to the high quality one I have today, I’ve gotten more and more involved in juicing and taking advantage of the health benefits it offers. The more deeply I look into it, the more I learn and the more I want to share with all of my readers.
What you’re reading is a labor of love. I think that juicing, vitamins, exercise, and good eating can do wonders for a person’s life, health, and outlook, so I started a website that I can use to share what I’ve learned with the world. Sometimes it’ll be personal experiences, sometimes it’ll be me talking about an article or study that I read, and sometimes it’ll just be tips and tricks that I’ve picked up to make staying in shape more enjoyable.
One of the questions I’m asked a lot that I hope to address in detail is how to get into a juicing routine and stick with it. What are the pitfalls to avoid? How do I make it easier or fit it into my busy schedule? That last one is particularly close to my heart since I had to work out how to have a full time job and make my own juice at one point, too.
Another question that comes up a lot is how vitamins help the body, what sorts we should take, and whether it’s better to get them from real food than from a pill you got at the grocery store. I’ve made an effort to look into all of these questions and more so that I can provide my readers with the most accurate information available on the web about these topics. I want my website to be as reliable as possible.
I also want to build a community of people who love the health benefits they get from juicing and regular exercise as much as I do. We can work together to encourage one another, inspire one another, and keep everyone from buying into scams.
That’s the biggest reason I wanted to start this website: there are too many people out there trying to take advantage of others. When I put something on this website, you can be sure that I have researched it thoroughly before even considering posting about it. I only want to present the most accurate information that I can, and you can be sure that if I mess up there will be a correction.
We don’t have to live unhealthy lives, even if we’re busy. It’s not that hard at all to get the right balance of vitamins, get at least a little exercise daily, and make your own juices to ensure that you only put into your body what you intend to. Join me as I delve into the details, wash away the bad data, and focus right at the heart of what it means to be really healthy.
